“I am confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from this body, and to be present with the Lord.” – II Corinthians 5:8
My life was beautiful, for as long as it lasted, but this journey of my life has come to an end. Please find comfort in knowing that I have no regrets whatsoever because I had a fun and adventurous life. Some things in life are impossible for mankind to fully understand. My life on Earth was brief, but don’t prolong it with unnecessary grief. This was the plan God had for me, so family and friends, God has set me free. I don’t have to worry about the troubles of this world anymore. I have gone on to be with those loved ones who have gone before me.
Allen Dewayne White was born on August 5, 1973, to James and Cynthia White in Brunswick, Georgia. He was educated in the Glynn County public school system. The family was grounded in the foundation of the Lord and Allen formed a personal relationship with Christ as his Savior at an early age.
Allen was an adventurous individual who lived life to the fullest. When he entered an area with that radiant smile, that lit up the area. He loved his family and always made sure to demonstrate the importance of love.
Although he fought to remain with us, God in his wise providence called Allen Dewayne White home on October 4, 2025. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cynthia Dorch White; father, James Scotia White I; grandparents, Scotia Mack and Ruthie Mae Alvin-White; brother, Kenneth Grady; niece, Nautica White; and twin great-niece and nephew, Kay’Jun and Ay’Jun White.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his brother, James S. (Camille) White II; sister, LaJauna (William) Delaney and Tarsha Burgess; grandparents, Johnnie and Juanita James Dorch; aunts, Joann Dorch Sweeting and Tamara Dorch; uncles, Johnnie (Christine) Dorch and Gerald Dorch; stepmother, Victoria White; nephews, Michael White, Kai White, Tyrus Burgess, Derrick Grady, Denzel Nobles, Liam Delaney, Charles Knight, and Jaden Mells; nieces, Ariana White and Amelia Knight; great-nephews, Malakai White, Rylan Butler, and Masi Grady; great-nieces, Lai Lora White, Abiona Grady, Aniyan McMiller, and Adaysia Harris; Allen was also very close to his cousins, other family and friends.
