Brenden Shantye ("Boosie") Wright

It’s hard to understand why people are taken from us so young, but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of a well-lived life.  Know also that when the Lord calls our loved ones home, He leaves a gift of memories in exchange.  Brenden Shantye Wright born to Robert (Bobby) Fields and Dawn L. Wright in Charleston, South Carolina, July 31, 1996.  He went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 6, 2018, Charleston, SC.

He was a graduate of North Charleston High School Class of 2013.  He attended ITT Technical College majoring in electrical engineering. “Boosie” as he was affectionally referred to by family and friends was full of life. He had a passion for his PS4 and online games.  He also had a passion for cooking which led him into seeking a job as a cook with Carolina Ale House and Zoe’s Kitchen in Mount Pleasant.

He leaves his legacy to live on with his family as they celebrate his memories: devoted mother, Dawn L. Wright, North Charleston, SC ; father, Robert (Shantel) Wright, Charleston, SC ; sisters, Jasmine Wright, Ontasia B. Wright, Dasani n Miller, Tatianna A. Heyward, Briyanna L. Fields, and Tamia Fields all of Charleston, SC; brothers, Robert “Dante” (Jessica) Wright, and Rashaad A. Wright all of Charleston, SC; grandmothers, Deloris Wright and Teresa Fields both of Charleston, SC; Adopted grandmother, Ann Crawford, Walterboro, SC; aunts, Tracey (Michael) Washington, Tonia Brown, Terri Brown, Karena (Toni) Brown-Aiken, Donna Crawford, and Latasha (Ronald) Chapman; apart of his heart is also left with his special friend, Jashia Smith; nieces, nephews, a host of cousins, and friends.
