Charles Edward Bacon, Sr.

Charles Edward Bacon, Sr. was born on July 20, 1946, to the union Mrs. Lula Monroe Bacon and Mr. Johnnie Bacon. He attended Glynn County Schools.
He retired from King and Prince Seafood. He belonged to Stronghold Evangelistic Ministries.

Charles departed this life September 16, 2021 at Hospice after a brief stay.

He was married to Mamie Bacon. Out of this union they had one son, Charles, who preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife: Mamie Bacon, son: L Donte Ruff (Latosha); two grandchildren; two sisters: Debra Vereen, Brunswick, GA and Shirley Seymour, Mableton, GA; two brothers: Elijah Caper, Brunswick, GA and Keno Capers, Macon, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Due to the current state of (COVID-19) pandemic and in order to promote social distancing, anyone entering the funeral home for viewing; as well as attending all graveside services must wear a mask.
