Jacqueline Smith Obituary

“For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.” (1 Thessalonians 4:14)

Jacqueline Marie Smith was born to the late Willie Lee Mallory and James Mallory, Sr. on February 1, 1968. She entered into eternal rest on August 30, 2021 at her residence in Hilton Head, SC. “Jackie”, as she was affectionately known, became a member of St. Peter A.M.E. at an early age.

Jackie was educated in the public schools of Estill, SC. She began working in Hilton Head after leaving high school. She held many job titles which included cashier, associate, and manager. Whatever title she held, she ensured that she fulfilled her duties. She was employed with Circle K and Walgreens until her health failed. Everyone who knew Jackie knew that she always had a smile on her face, and one of her main goals in life was making others happy. She was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Mickey Mouse.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Willie Lee Mallory; her father, James Mallory, Sr.; and one brother, Harry Mallory.
