Javashia Bostick Obituary

My life was beautiful; for as long as it lasted, but the journey of my life has come to an end. Please find comfort in knowing that I have no regrets whatsoever. Somethings in life are impossible for mankind to fully understand. JaVashia Charmette Morris Bostick was born on January 30, 1987, to Eugene and Maryann Smalls, Prince Green Morris, and bonus dad Prince Green, Jr., in Hampton, South Carolina. She received her formal education in the public schools of Hampton District 2 and has spent several years in the nursing profession as a certified nursing assistant. She attended Oak Grove Baptist Church, Columbia, SC.

We are sorrowful, but not as those who have no hope. We are sorrowful because we shall miss her presence. JaVashia Charmette Morris Bostick departed this life on January 25, 2025. She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Morris; mother-in-law, Lillie Bostick; father-in-law, Herbert Deloach; sister, Kashandra Gordon; nieces, Trinity Smalls and Wynter Rose Gordon; nephew, Terek Wright; aunt, Jewel Morris and uncle, Gerald Morris.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Herbert Bostick; children, Herbert Deloach, Emory Deloach, Ja’siah Deloach, Sin’cere Deloach and Journey Deloach; her niece that was raised in her home, Rayne Gordon; mother, Maryann Morris; siblings, Natasha (Al) Brooker, Kimberly Smalls, Monique (Antwan) James, Eugene Morris, Jr., Ka’neshia Gordon; bonus siblings, Patrice (Willie) Orr, Yolanda Cope, Syneke (Rudonsey) Devore, Tiffany Hill, De’Angela Deloach, and Prince Odom; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kameko Hamilton, Kedrick (Sharon) Bostick, Fredrick (Felicia) Bostick and Veronica Black; her uncle Clark, whom she was the caregiver of; godparents, Chris and Tracey Murray; special friends, Kinisha Davis, Quette White, Tangela Peeples, and Travis Smart; several aunts and uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
