“I am confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from this body, and to be present with the Lord.” - II Corinthians 5:8
It is with a shout of joy and a grateful heart that I say “see you in the morning” to all those I leave behind! For I knew that if this old earthly body gave out, that I had a building from God, eternal in the heavens, not made by man’s hands. I have overcome the world because my faith did not stand in the wisdom of man, but in the power of God. I thank God for my elevation because my purpose on this side of the world has been fulfilled. I pray that you will find comfort and peace in the still small voice of God saying, “I’m with you even until the end of the world.” May, the God of all comfort and sustain you, my loves, during the days ahead and until we meet again.
On April 12, 1945, when God gave the late Jack Johnson and Daisy Pearl Rollins in Manchester, Georgia, this beautiful and special individual, he gave them an angel who taught children how to soar and to believe that they could accomplish anything they set their minds to if only they believed. Juanita Campbell received her formal education in the Manchester, Georgia, School System, Manchester, GA. She furthered her education by obtaining her certification as a certified childcare provider in Atlanta, GA and later became the Director of Bridge to Learning Daycare. Juanita Campbell accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age.
Juanita Johnson met the love of her life and was united in holy matrimony with Cleve Campbell. Their union was blessed with five children: Angela, Morris, Wanda, Norris and Christopher.
Juanita’s life was both meaningful and full of purpose. She spent her life traveling, celebrating the accomplishments of others, searching for innovative ways to advance the lives of children and helping others. She was employed by Bridge to Learning Daycare as a director for over three decades.
Juanita Campbell earned her wings on October 26, 2025. To God be the glory for a life exemplified by her unwavering faith, her love for her family and friends, and her commitment to all the students she was blessed to serve. She was preceded in death by father, Jack Johnson and mother, Daisy Pearl Rollins, daughter, Angela Campbell and son, Norris Campbell.
She leaves to cherish her memories and continue her legacy: children, Morris (Dorothy) Campbell, Wanda (Tiney) Green and Christopher Campbell; numerous grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister, Daisy Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
