The life of Lautrese Katrina Thomas begun in Brunswick, Georgia on March 27, 1975. God created an amazing mother, daughter, sister, niece, and friend who left an memorable impression in each life that she touched.
Lautrese Katrina Thomas received her formal education at Brunswick High School in Brunswick, GA. She furthered her education at Brunswick College and Armstrong State University where she received her bachelor’s degree. She accepted Christ as her Savior and was united with Gilead Ministry Center where she served as an Usher.
In her leisure, she enjoyed watching her daughter Trinity play basketball. She was a great volunteer with Brunswick High School Varsity Basketball team concession stand. She catered for family functions and events in the community. She was employed with several agencies which included: Glynn County Health Department, Morning Star, and Glynn County Family & Children Services as a case manager for many years. She was a member of Women Optimize Women.
Lautrese Katrina Thomas departed this life on March 17, 2021. She was preceded in death and will be welcomed by: grandparents, Alice Bell, Johnnie B. and Lawrence Drayton; Godparents, Clarence and Minnie Pearl Green; God sisters, Patricia Bonaman and Myra Green.
