The life of Lautrese Katrina Thomas begun in Brunswick, Georgia on March 27, 1975. God created an amazing mother, daughter, sister, niece, and friend who left an memorable impression in each life that she touched.

Lautrese Katrina Thomas received her formal education at Brunswick High School in Brunswick, GA. She furthered her education at Brunswick College and Armstrong State University where she received her bachelor’s degree. She accepted Christ as her Savior and was united with Gilead Ministry Center where she served as an Usher.

In her leisure, she enjoyed watching her daughter Trinity play basketball. She was a great volunteer with Brunswick High School Varsity Basketball team concession stand. She catered for family functions and events in the community. She was employed with several agencies which included: Glynn County Health Department, Morning Star, and Glynn County Family & Children Services as a case manager for many years. She was a member of Women Optimize Women.

Lautrese Katrina Thomas departed this life on March 17, 2021. She was preceded in death and will be welcomed by: grandparents, Alice Bell, Johnnie B. and Lawrence Drayton; Godparents, Clarence and Minnie Pearl Green; God sisters, Patricia Bonaman and Myra Green.

She leaves to cherish her memories: son, Christian Lee Harrison; daughter, Trinity Faith Harrison; husband, James Thomas; mother, Linda Herrington; father, Earl (Patricia) Bell, Jr.; sisters, Lydia (Terrance) Brown, Tiffany (Torey) Davis, Porscha Starke and Karen Davis; brothers, Earl Bell III, Chan Anthony Andrews, Kendall Andrews and Roddrick Bell; grandfather, Earl Bell, Sr.; God family, Terrell Carmena, Sr., Clarence Green, Jr., Pamela Gardner, Shiereka Picket; special friends, Terrell Carmena, Jr., April Dennis, Natisha Brooks, Chondra Capers and Lorraine Jackson; uncles, Lawrence (Dorothy) Drayton, James (Sandra) Drayton, Harry Drayton, John Drayton, Pernell (Angela) Drayton, Sr., Willard (Pearl) Britt, Charles Bell and Johnny Bell; aunts, Barbara (Harrison) Gibbons, Valarie Shavers; six great aunts, Amanda Jackson, Hattie Mae Herrington, Mabel Gibbs, Lola Richardson, Elnora King, and Mag Bell; great uncles, Edward Anderson and Charlie McCloud, Jr.; a host of cousins, nieces, and close friends that she cherished. a host of cousins, nieces, and close friends that she cherished.

Due to the current state of (COVID-19) pandemic and in order to promote social distancing, as ordered by the Governor for the State of Georgia, anyone entering the funeral home for viewing; as well as attending all graveside services must wear a mask. We will also limit the number of persons allowed to enter the funeral home at any given period during the viewing process.  We ask that you leave the premise upon exiting the building. The family is most appreciative to each of you for  your prayers and considerations during this difficult time in their lives
