Wherever we go, from our birth throughout our life and into the passage of death, the Lord is always and ever with us. When the time comes to bid this life farewell, we should find comfort in knowing that a loving God will be there with us to guide us to our new home.
Time well-spent reflects a life well-lived. No empire lasts forever; no dynasty continues unbroken. Someday you and I will be mere legends. All that matters is whether we did what we could with the life that was given to us. On January 10, 1981, the world was blessed to receive a precious individual, Leslie Floyd Wilcher, born to Leslie Floyd and the late Clara Wilcher in Brunswick, Georgia. On September 7, 2021, our Heavenly Father sent his angel to return his child to his Heavenly home. As a family, we were not prepared for Leslie’s departure, but we realize that this decision rest in the hands of God almighty.
Leslie was educated in the public schools of Glynn County and was a graduate of Glynn Academy. He loved all genres of music and was an avid gun collector.
Leslie was predeceased in life by several relatives: Rayfield Johnson, Jerome Martin, and Garfield Seymour.
She leaves to cherish her beautiful memories and legacy a very loving family including: his wife, Rosland Cummings; children, Jerry Cummings, Richard Peak, Earlene Alexander (Amber), Aria Wilcher, Kaden Wilcher, Jaden Wilcher. And Candace Wilcher; father, Leslie Floyd; sisters, Christina Barber (Aswan), Gwendolyn Robinson (Kevin); special niece, Destiny Mitchell; special cousin, Jarell Davis; special friend, Laquissa; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends including Billy, Tae, and Tony .
