Marcia Vinell Miller was born on January 31, 1975, to the union of David and Vinell Nelson in Brunswick, GA.

Marcia Vinell Miller received her formal education in the Glynn County School System in Brunswick, GA. She attended Brunswick High School in Brunswick, GA, and later became a caregiver.

Marcia Vinell Miller accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age. She attended Abyssinia Baptist Church, Word of Faith, and was also the founder of Praise in the Park and went on to fellowship with many other churches.

Marcia Vinell Nelson was united in holy matrimony with Ellis Torris Miller, Jr., on August 20, 2011, in Brunswick, GA.

Marcia Vinell Miller departed this life on August 27, 2021. She was preceded in death by her daughter: Tyesha Mack, and her father: David J. Nelson.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband: Ellis Torris Miller, Jr.; son: Roy Mangram; daughter: Ny’carrie Miller; stepchildren: Torron (Taynellia) Miller, Torris Miller, Denzell Miller, and Destine Perry; three special daughters: Ashley Williams, Lacey Carter, and Makala Clinch; brothers: Joel (Sabrina) Miles and David Miles; sisters: Malissa Miles, Romona Nelson, and Miosha Nelson; godbrother: Kelvin (Yolanda) Daniels; godsister: Natasha (Harold) Frazier; and grandchildren: Lyania Mangram and Royce Mangram.
