Today, we gather in the spirit of thanksgiving to celebrate the life and legacy of Rosa Thompson Randolph Tyson. Rosa was born May 30, 1941 to the late Dave and Gladys Thompson in Waverly, GA. She was educated in the Camden County public school system. She was employed for many years with Seapak Company, Brunswick, GA for many years. She was united in marriage on February 19, 1967 to Eugene Tyson, Sr. She was a faithful member of First United Christian Church until her health began to fail.
Rosa departed this life on May 12, 2020 at Southeast Georgia Medical System.
She was predeceased by husband, Eugene Tyson; two sons, Eugene Tyson, Jr. and Emory Randolph; one brother, Robert Lee Thompson
Her memory will forever be cherished by: one daughter, Gladys (Chris) McIntosh, Brunswick, GA; one son, Ronnie Randolph, Brunswick, GA; two sisters, Hattie L. Vaugh and Nancy T. Ritchie both of Brunswick, GA; two brothers, Aaron (Fay) Thompson, Gainsville, FL and Johnny (Reatha) Thompson, Waverly, GA; twenty grandchildren; one great-grand; a host of nieces, nephew, and cousins and special friends. A special friend Laverne Bellamy.
