My time has come when I must walk through that valley of the shadows of death, I have found comfort in knowing that I am not alone; God almighty has walked with me from my birth, throughout my life, and now into the passage of death. A loving and understanding God will never leave us or forsake us. To all my loved ones that I am leaving behind, don’t worry about me, because my heavenly Father sent His angels to reclaim his gift to this world. Please be forever grateful and thankful for the happiness we’ve shared. If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joys. As you celebrate the end of my life’s journey, I pray that each of you will find comfort in knowing that a loving and compassionate God knows what’s best for each of us. I’m free so praise the Lord that I’m free. I am no longer bound by the troubles of this world. Terry Lee was born on April 12, 1954, to John Henry and Mackie Elizabeth Lee in Tifton, Georgia. He received his formal education at Tifton County High School in Tifton, Georgia, and accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age. In his leisure, he enjoyed watching football, old westerns, and fixing and selling cars.
He was employed by Ebony Auto Sales as the owner and operator for thirty years.
When God sent his angels to return his lent son on July 2, 2024, which was much sooner than we planned, we’ll brave the grief that comes and try to understand. He was preceded in death by his father, Pastor John Henry Lee; mother, Mackie Elizabeth Lee; daughter, Angel Lee, and siblings, Edna Mae Horton, Damon Jerry Lee, Author Lee, Miranda King, Joe Johnny Lee, Eva Mae Life, Gene Lee, and Charlie James Lee.
He leaves to cherish his memories: two daughters, Amanda Lee and Atoria Lee; three grandchildren, Armon Charles Lee-Smith, Ayress Antoinese Earvin, and Acesyn Jakir Davis; siblings, William Lee, Thomas Lee, and Albert Jerome Lee; and a host of other relatives and friends.
