Willie was born on February 27, 1943 to the late Willie Green and the late Daisy Green. She became a member of St. James A.M.E. at an early age. Willie enjoyed cooking, gardening, and farming. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Mallory, Sr.; one son, Harry Mallory; one brother, Willie Green; and one sister, Hattie Beckett.
Willie leaves to cherish her fond memories eleven children: Juel Mallory (Sammie) of Luray, SC; James Mallory, Jr. of Estill, SC; Jennie Mitchell (Michael) of Charlotte, NC; Willie Mallory (Elease) of Luray, SC; Jacqueline Smith (Demetrius) of Hilton Head, SC; Charles Mallory (Shanise) of Varnville, SC; Ulyses Mallory of Sycamore, SC; Hattie Mallory of Hilton Head, SC; Christine Brown (Herman) of Allendale, SC; Ann Bailey (Jerry) of Charleston, SC; and Rufus Mallory of Luray, SC. Three sisters, Mary Green and Margaret Cohen (Melvin) of Estill, SC and Daisy Fields of Paterson, NJ; one brother, Arthur Green of Estill, SC; two brothers in law Abraham Beckett of Brunson, SC and Rufus Mallory, Jr. of Estill, SC, two special friends of the family, Eric DeVore and Evelyn Smoak; thirty seven grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Due to the current state of (COVID-19) pandemic and in order to promote social distancing, as ordered by the Governor for the State of South Carolina, anyone entering the funeral home for viewing; as well as attending all graveside services must wear a mask. We will also limit the number of persons allowed to enter the funeral home at any given period during the viewing process. We ask that you leave the premise upon exiting the building. The family is most appreciative to each of you for your prayers and considerations during this difficult time in their lives
